The Limited Edition Bottle by Hennessy, covered in splendid red all over. Definitely an eye catcher.

Being a red themed party, the club was covered in red, including the dancers who were in red outfits with LED visors

The DJ act of the evening, who were disguised in full-head helmets to conceal t heir identity. I had absolutely no idea who they were but they definitely raised The Roof that night (no pun intended) with their mixes. Fortunately their identity will be revealed during the upcoming Hennessy Artistry party that will be happening in Penang on the month of May.

Accompanying me that night was the Sony NEX-5T paired with 24mm 1.8 Carl Zeiss lens and manual speed light attached. But one thing I've forgotten to bring was the diffuser and thus I had to improvise my shots that night.

The lack of diffuser reared it's ugly head, making the flash harsher than what I would have liked it to be.

My favorite shot that night. Taken on 1/125 shutter speed on 2.2 aperture and 200 ISO. 1/64 flash power if I'm not mistaken

My 2nd favorite shot that night. Starting to get the hang of this photography thing.

Since it was a red party, I couldn't resist not taking my red jacket out of the closet to wear it that night.

A selfie attempt with the 24mm, almost an impossible task to do since it requires a really long and steady hand to get a normal selfie. A speedlight was also attached so it made it really heavy to balance with 1 hand.

We ended leaving the place slightly later than I would have wanted to (around 1am) because I had work the next day, but we certainly did enjoy ourselves. Am definitely looking forward to see who those two DJ's are during the next Hennessy Artistry.
